Good morning TJC subscribers. We have two plays for Friday’s MLB slate:

Arizona D-Backs first 5 innings 0.0 × 1 unit

There will be 15-20 mph winds blowing out at Wrigley Field today and our model projects an offensive outburst from the DBacks who will face Colin Rea.

Corbin Burnes goes for AZ and while his metrics have declined to this point in the young season, we like AZ to win the first 5 innings by 3 runs today.

KC/DET No Run First Inning x 1 unit

Jackson Jobe and Cole Ragans will go for us in this one as we look for a quick six outs at Comerica Park.

Jobe has yet to break out in the big leagues as one of the most touted prospects in baseball, but is still getting outs and having success as he settles in.

Cole Ragans is having a great start to his year, continuing on the breakout success of last season.
