This game will be played Thursday, Aug. 14, @ 7:30 p.m. CT

There’s a lot I like in this game. I like Ottawa on the side, I like the over, I like Eugene Lewis’ receiving yards prop.

We’re going with the side here. Quite frankly, Winnipeg is a mess right now and has no business getting this many points, even if they are at home.

Their defence has been awful, and the secondary is now ravaged by injuries. Meanwhile, the offence is as hot and cold as anyone.

Enter an Ottawa team that is playing some inspired football. The Redblacks like to throw the ball as much as anyone, and there is a distinct advantage for their receivers over the Bombers’ defensive backs.

We’re backing the road team with the utmost confidence this week.
